The Denmead Twinning Association uses membermojo to manage both the membership and events. This ensures that all data is held safely and securely in accordance with our GDPR obligations.To assist you to find your way around the membermojo site please see the guide below.
Once you have signed up to membermojo you can click on the button below for all subsequent log ins. This will take you directly to the "your membership" page for everything you need.
If you have set up a password (see how below), you can enter your email address and password to sign in. Alternatively you can still sign in by email and be sent a secure link to sign in without a password if you prefer.
You can also bookmark the page so you can go directly to the your membership page without having to access our website first to click on the button below. The choice is yours.
Once logged in members can update their details, renew their membership, book events, check payments, or find contact details for other members to get in touch.
Once you have signed in to membermojo for the first time it is possible to set up a password, so in future you can log in by entering your email address and password. membermojo calls this “sign in with password”.
If you prefer not to keep track of a password, or you do no have your password to hand, you can always select the “sign in without a password” option again which you have already used, and a new secure link will be sent by email.
If you want to set up a password, go to "your membership" page on membermojo by clicking the link above this section. Look down the left hand side of the page and find the “password” section. Then click on the button on the right hand side labelled “change password”. This allows you to set up a password for the first time, or change the password in the future.
For joint memberships, one person is identified in the system as the "lead member" who will be charged the membership fee and ticket purchases. Partners and children will then be linked to that lead member (called "linked members" in the system) and will not be charged. Their details will appear alongside the lead member on your membership profile page.
Go to "Your membership" page. Look for the "my details" section and click on the "view/edit" button. Update your information, and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save.
Any linked members will be shown underneath the lead member. Click on the "edit link" button to update the linked member's information. Remember to click save afterwards.
To purchase tickets, you have a number of different routes to reach the DTA store within the MemberMojo site:
On our events page you will find a "book now" button which takes you directly there.
When on the "Your membership" page in MemberMojo, go to the "store purchase" section snd click on the "visit store" button.
You can bookmark the DTA store page and go there directly without first accessing our website.
Only offline payments can be made at the current time, or you can pay by cheque. Once you have purchased your ticket(s) follow the instructions shown to make the off line payment or sed a cheque. The treasurer will mark the system as paid once received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Where you have joint membership, the system only permits the lead member to purchase the event tickets on behalf of the linked members. They cannot purchase them in their own name as all payments are dealt with under the lead member's account.
On the "your membership" page in membermojo you will see a section called "payments". Click on the "view payments" button to see what payments have been made and what payments are due.
28 days before your membership is due for renewal you will receive an automated email inviting you to renew, followed by a subsequent reminder if you have not renewed.
A message will also appear at the top of the "your membership" page with an orange "renew" button. Click on this button to renew. All payments must be offline payments at the moment, and once you have confirmed you wish to renew just follow the instructions to make the off line payment. The treasurer will mark the system as paid once payment is received.
Before non members can purchase tickets for our events through the Online DTA store in membermojo, they must first register and sign in. So we have created a separate category called "Associate member" for this purpose. It is free. It also means they will be added to our mailing list and will be kept up to date on forthcoming events. They can of course unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails.
"Associate members" do not have access to the membership directory containing contact details for all members. This is only available to full members.
Once an associate member has signed in they will log in to memberojo exactly the same way as full members. They will also purchase tickets exactly the same way as full members. See above for sections on how to log in and how to buy tickets.
Full members have access to the membership directory which can be accessed from the "your membership" page. This is not available to "Associate members" (see above).
In the directory you will be able to see both the telephone number and email addresses of all active members who have opted in to sharing their contact details with the membership.
